The Super Seven is a mixed media visual novel inspired by the colourful, energetic style of 1980s and 1990s sitcom television. The game blends a variety of visual styles, from traditional 2D animation to live action sequences, creating an unpredictable experience where you never quite know what will come next.

At its heart it is a celebration of sitcoms, friendship, and the challenge of finding your place in the world. It asks a question many of us face at some point: what does it really mean to be cool just after school? Sometimes the lengths we go to in order to fit in can have explosive consequences.

You follow Cheng, a new student who has just moved to Sydney for university. As he tries to settle in, he is swept up by an eccentric group of seven students who decide the best way to make friends is to throw a huge open house party.

What starts as a simple plan spirals out of control. Friendships are tested, secrets come out, and the night descends into complete chaos. This episode is the pilot for a longer series, setting up the characters, the world and the disasters ahead.
